The MIG Gramin app ("the App") is developed and operated by Coligo ("we", "us", "the provider") on behalf of MIG Gramin Agro Multi State Cooperative Society Limited ("MIG Gramin"). The App lets MIG Gramin's members manage their cooperative financial services — loans, deposits, and payments. MIG Gramin is the controller of members' personal data; Coligo processes that data as its technology provider under agreement. This policy explains what personal information is collected, why, how it is protected, and your rights.
Access model — no self sign-up. The App is for existing members of MIG Gramin only. There is no account registration inside the App: you can log in only if your mobile number is already recorded in MIG Gramin's customer records. Your access exists by virtue of your MIG Gramin membership and continues until MIG Gramin removes your record. The App does not create new customer accounts.
We process your data to perform our membership/service agreement with you, to comply with applicable Indian financial and cooperative-society regulations, and with your consent where required.
We share data only as needed to run the service:
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Sensitive identifiers such as PAN and Aadhaar are masked in the app. Access to accounts on rooted or tampered devices is blocked. Sessions use short-lived tokens.
Because the App does not create accounts, it also has no in-app "delete account" option. Your customer record is owned and managed by MIG Gramin as part of your cooperative membership: when MIG Gramin removes your record, your access to the App ends. Your underlying financial and membership data is retained by MIG Gramin for as long as you remain a member and for any period required by law, audit, and cooperative regulations.
App-specific data that Coligo holds to run the App — such as login sessions, device identifiers, and push-notification tokens — is cleared when you log out or when your membership ends, and you may request its deletion by contacting MIG Gramin at vc@maxindiagroup.com. Requests to end your membership itself must be made to MIG Gramin, which controls that decision. Records required by law may be retained even after removal.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to legal limits. Contact us using the details below.
The App is intended for adult cooperative members (18+) and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the App or on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
